Your most common questions answered
How far in advance should I book my trial?
Trials are optional and highly recommended. We book in studio trials 2-4 months in advance unless you live out of province or country. In these cases contact as and we will work with your availability.
How long is a trial for hair and makeup?
We book 2-2.5 hours for in studio trials. At your trial we will discuss your wedding day timeline and set a start time if not already determined.
What do you recommend we have prepared for set up the morning of the wedding?
We recommend a large table/ or kitchen island near accessible outlets for hot tools and lighting. If possible by a large window with natural lighting for our makeup artists. A variety of comfortable chair sizes, lower chairs for hair and bar stools if possible for makeup. A clean well- lit, organized, and comfortable setup will ensure our team can work their magic and keep the morning stress- free and enjoyable.
Do we offer airbrush makeup?
Yes, we do but not all our artists offer it. Please contact us for further details.
What do you recommend for touch ups for the wedding day?
We recommend our brides and bridal parties have lipstick or gloss, lipliner, blotting papers to absorb excess oil. Pressed, loose and or blot powder to help reduce shine and smooth complexion. Setting spray is available in mini size and will help refresh and lock in your makeup throughout the day.
Do you charge an early morning booking fee?
Yes, bookings before 6:00am will be charged a $50.00 early booking fee per artist per hour.
